MOSCOW, Nov 12 (PRIME) -- International rating agency Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings (S&P) has upgraded foreign- and local-currency long-term credit ratings of Russian gold producer Polyus to BB from BB-, with a Stable outlook, the agency said on Monday.
